The Information Technology Specialist program is a way for individuals to validate foundational IT skills and the program is geared toward candidates who are considering or just beginning a path to a career in information technology.

Exam vouchers are transmitted electronically via e-mail and are non-refundable.
Expires one year after the date of purchase.
Vouchers will be fulfilled within 24 - 48 hours.
The voucher holder can take one exam at a Certiport Authorized Testing Center or Online Proctored.
The voucher can be used for any of the following: Artificial Intelligence Cloud Computing Python Java Java Script HTML and CSS Cybersecurity Data Analytics Databases, Device Configuration and Management Networking Network Security Software Development Computational Thinking
If you do not pass the exam, you will be emailed a retake code. You may retake the exam after waiting 24 hours from the time your initial exam was first started. Retake vouchers must be used within 30 days of the failed exam.
Certiport Authorized Testing Centers (CATCs) reserve the right to charge a proctoring fee.
