As a candidate for this certification, you fundamentally understand the PowerPoint (Microsoft 365 Apps) environment. You demonstrate your ability to apply the main features of the program.

This includes an exam voucher with a retake.

• Exam vouchers are transmitted electronically via e-mail and are non-refundable.
• Expires one year after the date of purchase.
• Vouchers will be fulfilled within 24 - 48 hours.
  
• The voucher holder can take one exam at a Certiport Authorized Testing Center or Online Proctored.
• The voucher can be used to take any one of the following MOS 365 Apps, MOS 2019, or MOS 2016 certification exams:

  Excel
  Excel Expert
  PowerPoint
  Access
  Access Expert
  Outlook
• In the event that you do not pass the exam, a retake code will be emailed to you. You may retake the exam after waiting 24 hours from the time your initial exam was first started. Retake vouchers for MOS must be used within 30 days of the failed exam.
• Certiport Authorized Testing Centers (CATCs) reserve the right to charge a proctoring fee.
