Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) is an industry-recognized certification program that validates skills in Microsoft Office applications.

3. Microsoft Office Specialist Voucher with retake.

• Exam vouchers are transmitted electronically via e-mail and are non-refundable.
• Expires one year after the date of purchase.
• Vouchers will be fulfilled within 24 - 48 hours.
  
• The voucher holder can take one exam at a Certiport Authorized Testing Center or Online Proctored.
• The voucher can be used for any of the following MOS 365 Apps, MOS 2019, or MOS 2016 certification exams:

• If you do not pass the exam, you will be emailed a retake code. You may retake the exam after waiting 24 hours from the time your initial exam was first started. Retake vouchers for MOS must be used within 30 days of the failed exam.
• Certiport Authorized Testing Centers (CATCs) reserve the right to charge a proctoring fee.
