Exam vouchers are transmitted electronically via e-mail and are non-refundable.
Expires one year after the date of purchase.
Vouchers will be fulfilled within 24 - 48 hours.
The voucher holder can take one exam at a Certiport Authorized Testing Center or Online Proctored.
The voucher can be used to take any one of the following: Intuit QuickBooks Online Intuit Certified Bookkeeping Professional Intuit Design for Delight Innovator Intuit Personal Finance
If you do not pass the exam, you will be emailed a retake code. You may retake the exam after waiting 24 hours from when your initial exam started. Retake vouchers must be used within 30 days of the failed exam.
Certiport Authorized Testing Centers (CATCs) reserve the right to charge a proctoring fee.
